Russian company Vorbis to release a Windows Phone

Windows Phone is about to add another OEM, adding to the 50 new Windows OEM partners Microsoft reported recently.
According to Russian site Lenta.ru Vobis Computer is set to release a very cheap Windows Phone under the Highscreen brand.
The device, which will cost less than $100, is said to have a large battery and an auto-focus camera, and from the picture will have capacitive rather than on-screen buttons.

The handset is expected to be announced next week, on the 14th, and will be competing with the Fly ERA Windows IQ400W, another new low-cost Windows Phone recently introduced into Russia.
