Microsoft, today, has released out three updates namely KB3008931, KB3008956 and KB3008968 which mostly everyone on the Technical Preview are going to click the “install” button for.
But the story comes now, after about half way of the installation of these three updates, you would get an error that you don’t have Build 9860 installed. This hints to use that Microsoft, has launched updates for Build 9860 beforehand or “prematurely” where Microsoft has yet to push any new Techinical Preview builds.
This raises a question amongst the community that whether or not Microsoft is releasing or even announcing the new Technical Preview Build 9860. We have covered Neowin’s previous report on this “Build 9860″ that it will include the new Data Sense, Battery Saver and newer and better animations.
