New Preview for Developer critical update rolled out, was just a test

Microsoft is pushing out a new Preview for Developers update to Windows Phone 8.1 users.

The update takes the OS to 8.10.14192.280, and also includes a critical update.  At this point it is not clear what’s new, but we will keep you updated.

Windows Phone developer head Greg Sullivan has posted on twitter that the Critical update component of the update was in fact just a test, and did not in fact patch any critical bugs.
