Microdoft announcned that they have updated app certification policies on Dev Center for Windows Phone apps and Windows Store apps and accompanying updates to the Application Developer Agreement. The changes were made to make policies more clear and easier to understand, revises the privacy policy statement and combines the Windows and Windows Phone policy documentation into a single location, easing app submission for Windows or Windows Phone.
