ComiXchat is a new cross-platform messaging app with a twist, featuring hand-drawn images with comic-like call out bubbles.
After choosing one of the avatars available on the app, users can then create new chats that become comic strips. The comic is drawn based on the context of the conversation, with the app modifying the look and placement of your avatar. As described by comiXchat, “[the app]senses tone and attitude of the chat participants so avatar location, gestures, facial features and expressions all change depending on the chat’s content and implied emotional context.”
