Microsoft today revealed that they will be talking more about Windows 10 at BUILD developer conference next year. They are launching Windows Insider Program that will give access to early Windows builds from tomorrow. Windows 10 Technical Preview will be released tomorrow for laptops and desktops with servers to follow later on. Microsoft will talk about all the consumer features early next year and about universal apps at BUILD.
