The Microsoft Store is running a series of YouTube videos answering common questions which come to the Answer Desk (presumably the equivalent of Apple’s Genius Bar), and today answered the question “What are the perks of using a Windows Phone?”
For Kristen, the Microsoft Store rep, it seemed to centre all on Cortana and also possibly the start screen, though her answer was not exactly clear on this, noting “you can put websites apps, and music albums on your phone..”, something which I think all self-respecting smartphones can do.
