Microsoft has signed up another Windows Phone OEM, with Russia’s Fly having just released a new Windows Phone.
The Dual-SIM Fly IQ400W is one of Microsoft’s lowest cost reference design devices, with a 4 inch WVGA screen, 1.2 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon chip 200, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB storage with up to 32 GB microSD expansion and 5 megapixel rear camera.
The handset is 11 mm thick and weighs 119 g, and is currently in stores for only 3990 rubles ($100).
