After years of abandonment, Opera has come back to Windows Phone with its data sipping Opera Mini browser.
The browser’s arrival may be part of improving relationships between Opera and Microsoft, with Microsoft recently making the browser the default on its Nokia X handsets.
Opera Mini is well know for being extremely fast due to pre-rendering content on a separate server and then only sending necessary data to handsets. It has more than 250 million users.
