Insteon, the home automation system has just updated its Windows Phone app. Version 1.0.02 of the app comes with Cortana integration, which is a brilliant addition to truly automate your home. For now, the app supports three Cortana commands. You can ask Cortana to turn of lights, adjust temperature of your thermostat and dim the lights for a specific “scenes”.
For those of you who didn’t know, Insteon is a home automation system that allows users to control their smart bulbs, thermostats and other home automation products from one hub. The app is available for free on the Windows Phone store and you can grab it from here.
