Back in June, we reported that Indian OEM Celkon is planning to launch its Windows Phone device in India. Today, Gizbot leaked the first Windows Phone device from Celkon named ‘Win 400′. This will be an entry level device with 4-inch display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Quad Core processor, 5MP rear camera with a LED flash and a 0.3 MP front camera. This device will be available in black and white colors and the price is expected to be around Rs.7000 ($120 USD). Expect this device to be available in retail in the coming weeks.
