Screenshots show that modern apps will run in windowed mode along with a multi- desktop feature and a lot more which was released by a partner of microsoft who got access to the pre-release versions of the new build and later 21 screenshot from the build were leaked. The live tiles are now combined as well as Store apps running in window mode can be seen . Icons have been changed for Windows Explorer. The notification system as mentioned earlier seems to look somewhat as I rendered in my earlier post which comes from the looks of the Windows phone platform.
No charms bar, multiple desktops to distribute programs and a lot more including the start menu.
