A few days ago we posted that, according to HTC and Verizon’s own tests, the HTC One for Windows had significantly better battery life than the Android version.
Now a stress test by Slashgear has demonstrated the same fact in commercial devices.
Slashgear had both the HTC One M8 with Windows and the original HTC One M8 with Android, both on Verizon and left both devices overnight on a full charge.
Simply leaving both devices on Standby, after 26 hours, 41 mins the HTC One had 68% battery life left over, while the HTC One for Windows had considerably more at 81%.
Slashgear is still in the process of completing their battery life test, but so far its looking pretty good for Windows Phone.
