As per Microsoft, 8.10.14141.167 or 8.10.14147.180 are the two official versions of Windows Phone 8.1 update 1, which had been released to all devices with developer preview enabled some days ago. Now, a new version of Windows Phone 8.1 update 1 ( the version no. doesn’t seem to be too big a jump to be GDR2 yet) shows itself at WPBench.
New / Next version seems to be 8.10.14152.0
