Does this pixelated picture mean the HTC One for Windows Phone is coming to the rest of the world? Unfortunately not.

Dutch carrier Telfort.nl has the above picture of an HTC One running Windows Phone on their front page, leading toWPCentral suggesting that this may mean the handset is coming to that carrier, largely based on the picture being different fromthe one leaked by Verizon (right).

Unfortunately the image is in fact one we are all quite familiar with- a mock-up by WindowsPhoneDaily.com.

The HTC One for Windows Phone is an exclusive to Verizon, and while an unlocked version may work in Europe, it is extremely unlikely that we will see the handset on sale anytime soon elsewhere.
